Tobias Pfister is the Senior Executive Officer of Equalis Partners, a role he has held since its inception, and the Chief Executive Officer of Equalis Capital Ltd.

He has more than 25 years of experience in asset and wealth management across Europe and the Middle East, holding several senior positions throughout his career. Before founding Equalis Capital in 2013, he spent seven years at Credit Suisse advising family offices and semi-institutional clients in the MENA region, having begun his career at Coutts & Co. He is a member of EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies) and is recognised as an expert in Finance and Investments by the SFAA (Swiss Financial Analyst Association).

Philipp Frank is the Chief Investment Officer of Equalis Partners, a role he has held since its inception, and the Chief Investment Officer of Equalis Capital Ltd.

He oversees a broad range of investments spanning public equities, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, real estate and private debt. He began his career at Credit Suisse in 2000 within the Investment Management team, before moving to UBS as a Product Specialist focused on the Middle East, advising some of the bank’s largest and most sophisticated clients on complex investment decisions. He holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Zurich.

Oualid joined Equalis Partners in 2025 as a Member of the Board.

He is a senior financial services executive with more than two decades of experience across hedge funds, private equity and direct lending in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He served as CEO MENA and Head of MENA & Asia Client Partnerships at Brevan Howard. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Ares Management as Partner and Head of Middle East & Africa Relationship Management, following eight years at Credit Suisse as a Middle East specialist in Capital Services and Fund Linked Products. He began his career in hedge fund coverage at Société Générale and manager selection at Lyxor Asset Management.

Yves joined Equalis Partners in 2026 as a Member of the Board.

He is a senior financial services executive with more than 25 years of international experience across wealth management, investment management, equity research and audit. He is an Equity Partner of the Pictet Group and Global Head of Middle East & Africa for Pictet Wealth Management, where he has served on the Executive Board since 2022. He joined Pictet in 1999 as a buy-side analyst covering US consumer stocks, then moved to the Middle East team, becoming a senior private banker in 2008 and team head in 2014. He began his career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young and holds a degree in finance from HEC Geneva.

Ismail joined Equalis Partners in 2026 as a Member of the Board.

He is Vice Chairman of Palm Hills Development and Founder and Chairman of Quicrete Ready Mix, a Cairo-based ready-mix concrete supplier. He previously served as Portfolio Manager at ManCapital, a London-based multi-strategy family office, and as an Analyst at I Squared Capital, a global private equity firm. He holds a Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi, and a First Class BSc from Coventry University.
